• Dr. Shelita McGowan (Moderator)

    Dr. Shelita McGowan is a chiropractor, entrepreneur, speaker, author, and founder of Soft Spaces Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating safe, restorative spaces that support emotional wellness and resilience. With more than two decades in healthcare, she serves as Chief Operating Officer of McGowan Spinal Rehabilitation Center, where she combines clinical expertise with compassionate leadership. Dr. McGowan is also the author of No Longer Trapped and is passionate about helping women move from surviving to thriving through education, community, and practical wellness tools. A proud graduate of Grambling State University and Life University, she is a dedicated wife, mother, and community leader whose work reflects her belief that healing extends beyond the treatment room. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help others heal beyond the room.

  • Shawanna Felton

    Coach Shawanna Felton is a certified Christian Life Coach with a rich background in leadership development and empowerment. In her coaching practice she is passionate about guiding her clients on their personal journey of faith and transformation. She is also the founder of S.H.E. Ministries and hosts an annual Mother’s Day brunch as well as other various gatherings that foster connection, support, and encouragement among women.


    She has over 35 years of ministry leadership at her church where she currently serves as an Elder. She has a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies. Coach Shawanna has been married to her wonderful husband Kenneth for 29 years and they are the proud parents of three beautiful children. She is also the owner of Momma’s Love Bakery here in Ocala.

  • Dr. Seneka R. Gainer

    Dr. Seneka R. Gainer is a licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed professional counselor, author, licensed minister, and assistant professor of counseling. She is passionate about helping people heal emotionally, grow spiritually, and build healthier relationships through the integration of biblical truth and psychological science. Dr. Gainer serves as a clinical leader, educator, speaker, and consultant, equipping individuals, churches, and organizations with practical tools for emotional wellness, resilience, and authentic connection. Known for her warmth, wisdom, and engaging teaching style, she believes empathy is one of God’s greatest instruments for transformation. Whether in the classroom, counseling room, or pulpit, her mission is to help others discover hope, experience healing, and walk confidently in the purpose God has designed for their lives

  • Pastor Winter Brown

    Pastor Winter Brown McOyett of Gainesville, Florida, dedicated her life to God at age fourteen and began preaching at eighteen. She received ministry training through the Church of God in Christ, PASSAGE Ministries Institute, North Florida Theological Seminary, Winning Souls For Chirst, Inc., Global Dominion Covenant Fellowship, Dr. Cindy Trimm’s Kingdom School of Ministry, and International Seminary. In 2019, she received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from St. Thomas Christian University.
     
    Pastor Winter has served as a Missionary Evangelist, Associate Pastor, mentor, and international evangelist, preaching in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Africa. Ordained in 2013, she faithfully serves as Pastor of Overcomers International, also known as Overcomers Through Christ Ministries, Inc.
     
    Known for her compassion for the hurting, broken, and lost, she received the 2025 Premier Moms Outstanding Community Leader Award. Pastor Winter is the mother of one son, godmother to many, and the devoted wife of Prophet Ademola McOyett.

    Amy Rath is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ordained Minister, and board-certified Christian Life Coach who has dedicated more than 40 years to helping people find healing, freedom, and hope through Christ. With bachelor's and master's degrees in Clinical Social Work and specialized training in trauma care, she combines professional expertise with a deep faith in God's transforming power.
    Amy is passionate about helping people overcome life's deepest hurts, discover their God-given identity, and embrace the unique purpose He has for their lives. Whether counseling, teaching, or
    speaking, her heart is to see lives restored, faith strengthened, and hearts awakened to the abundant life Jesus promises.

    Amy's greatest joy is witnessing God's love bring healing, hope, and lasting transformation to every life He touches.

A dynamic speaker, entrepreneur, and minister, Farra is passionate about encouraging women to heal, grow, and thrive in both ministry and the marketplace. Through authentic conversations and faith-filled teaching, she empowers women to become the masterpiece God created them to be. Her message is one of hope, restoration, and transformation—reminding every woman that God's grace is still writing her story.

  • Tyra Ponder

    Tyra Ponder is an entrepreneur, educator, and mentor,  dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening families. She has been married to her husband, Derek Ponder Jr., for nearly 25 years, and together they have built a life centered on faith, family, and service while raising five children.

    Tyra is the co-owner of Ponder’s Christian Learning Center, Ponder’s Christian Academy, and Urban Stylez Beauty & Barber Salon. She is also a licensed Realtor with Bricks and Mortar Real Estate and Development.

    Passionate about investing in the next generation, Tyra has mentored and coached young ladies through cheerleading for many years and currently serves as the Head Cheer Coach at Vanguard High School. She was recognized as one of Ocala Magazine’s 40 Under 40, and Ponder’s Christian Learning Center was honored as a Best of the Best Preschool. Through leadership, faith, and service, Tyra inspires others to pursue purpose and create a lasting legacy.
