    Summer Knowles is a multi-award-winning journalist with over 20 years in broadcast media. A proud wife, mom of three, postpartum advocate, and fitness enthusiast, she’s spent her career proving that women can have it all—career, marriage, and motherhood.

    Inspired by her trailblazing mother, an Army officer, Summer thrives in many roles. Her journalism is rooted in authenticity and impact, earning five Edward R. Murrow awards—including one for Project Community: Crusade for Change, a documentary she conceived in the wake of George Floyd’s death. Her viral on-air decision to embrace her natural hair also struck a powerful chord with women and girls nationwide.

  • Nona Jones

    Nona Jones is a preacher, business executive, author, entrepreneur, and most of all, a product of God’s grace. Nona has spent the last twenty years of her life proving that the Word of God is true. Isaiah 61:3 says, “To all who mourn in Israel He will give: beauty for ashes; joy instead of mourning; praise instead of heaviness.” She has led in senior executive roles at national and global companies, authored best-selling books like Killing Comparison,  Success from the Inside Out, and her forthcoming book, The Gift of Rejection. Through coaching and ministry, Nona has helped thousands find purpose and healing, while sharing messages of faith with millions online. She is a wife of nearly 20 years and a proud mom of two amazing sons.

  • Amy Rath

    Amy’s passion is to help people of all ages heal from life’s difficult challenges and then discover and fulfill their unique, God-given life purpose. She is an Ordained Minister, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Christian Life Coach. She is also an avid musician who loves to worship God on the saxophone. Her 40 years of experience includes working as a faith based therapist specializing in trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. She also serves as a life coach assisting people maximize personal growth and success. In her care of people, Amy has seen God heal people’s deepest wounds and set them free into abundant living.

    In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and give you a hope and a future.” It is Amy’s life purpose to help people live out this promise by sharing God’s power and presence through both word and music

  • Dr. Seneka Gainer

    Dr. Seneka Gainer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Assistant Professor, and Clinical Director of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Jacksonville University, specializing in couple and family therapy, counselor development, and trauma-informed care. She is the co-founder of The Gainer Group Counseling and Consulting, LLC and serves as Clinical Content Lead for Inner Peak AI, a mental health tech company supporting student emotional resilience. Her forthcoming book, The Counseling Singularity: Empathy & Artificial Intelligence in the Art of Healing, explores the ethical and transformative integration of AI in counseling. Through her teaching, consulting, and national speaking, Dr. Gainer empowers people to lead with clarity, empathy, and innovation, bridging mental health, technology, and purpose in an evolving world.

  • Farra Worrell

    Farra Worrell is the CEO and founder of Women of Grace Ministries, established in 2003 to empower women in ministry. A visionary leader, she launched the Art of Grace podcast in 2022 to inspire women navigating faith and professional life. Farra holds a degree in Biblical Studies from Life Christian University and is a graduate of Faith Landmarks Bible Institute. She actively volunteers for the City of Sanford Police Department and is an alumna of the Sanford Citizens Academy. Farra also serves as a columnist for the Sanford Herald with her monthly feature “Sanford, the Sweet Spot.” Farra is a published author, with a host of women in Ministry with the Amazon bestselling book "The Successful Women's Devotional" She is a Public Speaker, Content Creator, Podcast Producer and Host. Married for over 30 years, she is a proud mother of three adult children and grandmother to three. In her free time, Farra enjoys traveling, creating content, and spending time outdoors.

  • Dr. Shelita McGowan (Moderator)

    Dr. Shelita McGowan is the visionary co-founder of McGowan Spinal Rehabilitation Center, a thriving 6,000-square-foot multidisciplinary practice in Jacksonville, Florida, that started in just 650 square feet. A graduate of Grambling State University and Life University, she and her husband, Dr. Royce McGowan, have served thousands of patients over 18 years while raising their three children.

    Dr. McGowan is also a published author, trauma-informed coach, and founder of the No Longer Trapped Brunches, empowering women to heal and reclaim their purpose. Drawing from her personal journey of overcoming fear and trauma after surviving a home invasion at gunpoint, she inspires others to break free from mental and emotional barriers.

    A graduate of Leadership Florida and the Weaver Philanthropic Initiative, she is a respected business mentor, entrepreneur, and leader dedicated to helping others live healthier, more fulfilled lives.

  • Angie Clifton Peters

    Angie, an Ocala native was born at Munroe Regional Hospital, now known as AdventHealth Ocala. Over the past 37 years, Angie’s dedication to her hometown has been to serve her community through many platforms.  Beginning her career at SouthTrust Bank 37 years ago, Angie gained momentum and quickly continued to grow with SouthTrust, then to Wachovia, and retiring as the Regional Director of Wells Fargo.  After 2 very large bank mergers Angie retired from Wells Fargo with 32 years of community service.

    Angie dreamed of starting her own local bank to help serve her local community, nonprofits, and fellow business community. After partnering with local investors that shared her same passion, Mainstreet Community Bank was born in the heart of downtown Ocala, 5 years ago.

     Angie achieved a bachelor’s degree from The University of Florida and continues to support local alumni and new graduates in finding their career paths in the finance industry.  

    Angie found her greatest love for community was being active with over 27 nonprofits through out her adult life. Most recently Angie serves with WIFS, The Homeless Coalition, Kimberly’s Center, Chief Greg Graham Legacy Foundation, Continuum of Care, Board of Governors, Saving Mercy and MCSAC.

    After over a decade of service in Sales, Marketing and Commercial Development in the Real Estate Division of the largest single-site development in the nation, Angie moved back to her hometown Ocala to put her years of experience to work for the Ocala Metro and Marion County. Angie serves on the Ocala Main Street Board of Directors and is mother of three daughters and active in her Ladies Ministry group. Now with The Boyd Group, Angie focuses on Commercial Sales, Land Acquisitions and Sales as well as Project Development. Angie is also heavily involved in the planning and preparing our community for appropriate, well-planned growth. Angie works to bridge communication gaps in our community to streamline the effectiveness of the private sector efforts.

    Sherilyn Bennett is a powerful voice for female entrepreneurs and women of faith who are ready to lead with purpose. As the founder of Leap Girl, Leap Inc., she champions female entrepreneurs, leaders, and visionaries to rise with clarity, confidence, and conviction. She also leads the Converge Women’s Ministry.   • Lauren Deiorio

    Lauren Deiorio, a Kentucky native, graduated from the University of Louisville College of Business with a degree in Finance. She worked 8 years in public accounting where she gained experience in areas of tax, auditing, and clients account management. As she was raising a family, she became involved with various local and regional non-profit organizations. During that time, she helped those organizations to restructure their finance policies and organization structure. She served on the board of directors for the Public Education Foundation of Marion County, prior to her current role as Executive Director of the Community Foundation. Under her leadership at the Community Foundation and in partnership with the City, helped to establish the Nonprofit Resource Center which provides resources for all local Marion County nonprofits. Some of those resources include Grant Services, Financial, Accounting Counseling, Professional Development opportunities through the Nonprofit Excellence Academy, and more. She has been married to Dr. Anthony DeIorio, Jr., for 30 years and has 3 children. Alessandra (27), Tony (26), and Thomas (22).
